DESCRIPTION:Locally\, artist Anne Bedrick is participating in Fall of Freedom at her gallery/studio in Cathedral City. She has created four large-scale abstracted figurative paintings specifically for the event\, depicting the emotional journeys of women in this time. The first painting in the series\, “Woman on the Run”\, speaks to what it means to be a woman in a world where boundaries and autonomy are continually tested. The second painting in the series\, “Woman in Pieces”\, depicts a woman trying to stay whole as the world rips her apart from the inside out. The third and fourth paintings\, “Woman Becoming Warrior” and “Can You Hear the People Sing”\, capture the arc from vulnerability to defiance\, from grief to agency; the moment when fear turns into strength\, when surviving becomes fighting back. This exhibition is open Mondays-Saturdays\, from 11-3\, during November\, with a reception on November 28 from 4-7pm. \n\n\n\nFall of Freedom\, a bold\, artistic movement in response to escalating authoritarian threats and censorship will debut across the United States. On November 21-22\, 2025\, more than 500 galleries\, museums\, libraries\, comedy clubs\, theaters\, concert halls\, and individuals nationwide will host exhibitions\, performances\, and public events to highlight the urgency of this moment and to assert the power of free expression.

DESCRIPTION:Jaco Moretti Arts is proud to present the one-man art exhibition “Dunas de Sal” (“The Salt Dunes”) by Spanish artist Bran Solo\, who is making his California debut.Inspired by the beach dunes where men meet each other near his hometown in southern Spain\, “The Salt Dunes” is\, in the artist’s own words\, “about the loneliness of summer\, about fleeting loves\, forbidden places and skins that taste of salt.”A virtuosic display of paintings\, drawings and photography which span multiple genres and mediums\, this exhibition is made all the more incredible by the fact that the artist was born with a visual impairment that causes him to see the world\, through a sort of kaleidoscopic lens – literally.Please join us for this journey to the sandy beach dunes of southern Spain – to the stunning\, sensual world of an artist who has been called “a Spanish genius.” Please note: this exhibition contains nudity and adult themes — 18 and older please.
