SUMMARY:Introduction to Energy Healing / LGBTQ Center of the Desert - Palm Springs
DESCRIPTION:In this class we will discover how to feel\, generate and harness our physical energy and to channel that energy through our hands. Starting with a series of Chi Kung exercises to build energy\, we will learn hands-on healing techniques such as brain balancing and a full-body healing called a chelation. By the end of the class\, students will know how to administer simple\, effective healing treatments that can be used on friends\, colleagues and family. We will also learn ways to gain energy\, prevent the loss of energy and to explore the connection of the chakra energy centers to healing. This is not a form of Reiki healing\, which is legitimate in itself\, but is a more hands-on\, super-charged and thorough version of energy healing. Wednesdays @ 10 AM for six weeks starting Jan. 21. Drop-ins per session also permitted. \n\n\n\nThis program is for folks 18 \, all varying body abilities\, all genders.
