DESCRIPTION:Ecstatic Dance is a DJ-led dance experience where you move freely\, without choreography\, without talking\, without phones\, and without substances. \n\n\n\nIt started over 25 years ago as a community dance in Hawaii and has since become a global movement for people who love music\, movement\, and getting out of their heads. \n\n\n\nThere’s no right way to dance. You don’t need experience\, flexibility\, or confidence—just a willingness to move how your body wants to move. \n\n\n\nNo alcohol. No drugs. No talking on the dance floor. \n\n\n\nJust sound\, movement\, and a room full of people doing their own thing\, together. \n\n\n\nThe DJ guides the night like a musical journey: starting slow and grounded\, building into high-energy\, messy\, cathartic beats\, and gradually bringing the room back into calm\, spacious\, and meditative sounds. Some people sweat. Some people stretch. Some people close their eyes and disappear into the music.
