SUMMARY:Eureka Day / Dezart Performs
DESCRIPTION:The 2025 Tony Award Winner for Best Revival of a Play by Jonathan Spector\n\n\n\nEUREKA DAY is a razor-sharp social satire that dives into the fault lines of liberal America with biting wit and surprising heart. Set at a progressive private school in Berkeley\, California\, the play centers on a well-intentioned school board trying to maintain unity and inclusivity—until a mumps outbreak triggers a fierce debate over vaccinations\, personal freedom\, and public health. \n\n\n\nAs tensions rise and Zoom meetings spiral into chaos\, EUREKA DAY becomes a hilarious and painfully timely exploration of how we communicate (or fail to) in the digital age. Jonathan Spector masterfully balances laugh-out-loud moments with thoughtful insight into privilege\, identity politics\, and the fragility of consensus in an increasingly polarized world. \n\n\n\nBoth sharply funny and deeply human\, EUREKA DAY captures the spirit of our times and leaves audiences laughing\, cringing\, and reflecting on what it truly means to listen. \n\n\n\nDates \n\n\n\nJan 15 2026 – Jan 25 2026 \n\n\n\nShow Times \n\n\n\nNEW!
