A non-intimidating\, slow basic practice focused on applying moderate stress to the connective tissues (tendons\, fascia\, and ligaments) with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility and posture. All are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga is practiced in bare feet. As a senior NKT teacher\, Gen-la Jampa has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years\, and under Geshe-la’s guidance has taught at many centers and events around the world.
